Subject:Acid Pro 3 doesn't see wav files

I've had it running successfully on this computer for a long time, maybe a year. When I started it up recently, it asked for a serial number, as if it were the first time I was running it. So I had to give it the serial number and register online again. This much had happened once before, and I blamed it on having installed a new hard drive. But this time after re-registering Acid started up and tried to open an existing acid file, but it couldn't find any of the wav files, although they were still in the same place and still worked when I double-clicked on them. When I opened the Acid Explorer, however, the wav files didn't show up at all. The folders were there, and the acd files showed up but not the wav files. Tried re-installing the latest patch; didn't work. I don't have the CD, as I bought it as a download, and I haven't been able to locate the original installation exe file. So, any suggestions, while I wait for the support guys to get back to me?

Here's what I'm running:
Acid Pro 3 Version 3.0g Build 365
Pentium III 733
320 MB RAM
Windows XP Pro
Audigy Platinum

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Mike
