Subject:Tempo's dont match...HELP!

I'm kinda new to this Acid stuff. My goal here is to make a seamless mixtape using Acid. I draw in a beatmapped full length track and then enter a loop of the bassline of the same track (to extend the instrumental after the vocals). This is where I run into trouble. The tempo's dont match up!! What am i doing wrong? any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
