Subject:Acid 2.0 Sync to Cubase SX

How can i Sync Cubase SX (on one PC) to become the
master and sync to another Pc running Acid Pro 2.0?

I have tried all the sync pages in Cubase and ACid but it doesnt seem to work -
outputting MTC from my Midisport 4x4 into my other PC's MPU401.

Does Acid have to be the Slave? or Master???

What am i doing wrong? I just wanted to do the Midi in one PC on cubase sx -
and audio in Acid on a different computer, but both synchronised in time, as i thought Acid 4.0 wasnt brilliant!

ACID likes to the master in any sync situation.
