Subject:5.1 Surround Pack only works with Acid Pro 4.0b?

I got this promotion mail for the surround pack.
Quote: "This product only works with version 4.0b of ACID PRO"

How should I read this?
It will not work for Acid Pro 4.0c and up?
It will not work when Vegas eventually supports 5.1?

Anyone?

Man!! You must have a hard time falling asleep at night, thinking about everything and anything!! :)

What it means is it won't work with Acid Pro 4.0a and previous versions of Acid.
As far as Vegas...Who knows?? Haven't reached that bridge yet. For now, it's 4.0b and the next AP4.0 updates (c,d,...)

Well, that is what I'm expecting, but you never know. But maybe you're right, no conspiracy?

As for Vegas, I guess we'll have to wait and see...

Sonic have said that the plug-in WILL be supported in the next version of Vegas.
