Could someone please tell me what I do with Acid 4, do I have to import music or sumthing first?

Well, can you give us a hint of what it is you want to accomplish?

The purpose of the program is to create songs by combining bits and pieces of sounds (usually called loops) on the screen. You'll need a supply of loop files. For some good introductory material, check out http://www.acidplanet.com/tools/8packs/ and download the current 8Pack. This contains a completed ACID project and 8 loop files. Not only is a good source of free loops each week, but the projects themselves help you to see what others have done with ACID and how.

Play. :)

Midi tracks must be imported on File/Import. Because I don't have a "real" sequencer, I've been using Acid to import midi files, output the individual voice lines to dry audio waves using VSTi plugins or the DLS soft synth, then apply effects and mix them down. It's not the ideal way of working with Acid, but it gets my job done.

Acid does not separate out the midi channels to separate tracks like sequencers do. The workaround I use is to solo each channel in the General Editor, render the file to audio (renaming the .wave to correspond to the particular voice line I'm soloing), then pulling all of the individual waves back into a separate Acid project for further work.

You should also learn to play to play an instrument and take some singing lessons... lol

Gordian, a computer IS (or can be) an instrument! :) Although I know serious musicians would throw tomatoes at me for saying that!

(Singing lessons? Not a snowball's chance.... I could spend years trying to sing better, and all it would do is severely upset my family. Once my young, but now-grown, son said to me--wincing painfully--as I was singing away in the car taking him to school, "Mommy...don't sing...." The virtual-singer-type programs already sound better than I ever will!)

Acid Pro, and the loop libraries out there (for those who don't also compose, like I do), allow people who are not so musically talented/educated to make at least some semblance of music. I think this is a fine thing. But learning as much as one is able to about making music will make for better musical efforts, for sure. Just listening critically to the music others make (like with the 8Packs) and thinking about how music is constructed will also make for better music. Acid is a great pedagogical tool in this regard, and it's also a lot of fun to play with.
