Subject:Beatmapped tracks not sticking

When I run Beatmapper Wizard on a file, close it and re-open it, it opens the Beatmapper Wizard again. I have the box checked that tells ACID to save the beatmapped information into the file. Also, it's not doing it to every file...just certain ones. Anyone else having this problem?
