Unfortunately, we do not have a downloadable version of the manual we can send you, and because the product in no longer in stock, we do not have a hard copy of the manual to offer you. Sorry.

Pretty pathetic suport, even if you have discontinued the product (yes, you said that enough times). Software companies are required to keep a copy of their user manuals specifically for occasions like this.

You guys should still be helping out the customers who have forked over the dough to get your software.
Talk about dropping the ball!

Also, a bad idea to "run away" from such a needed product...especially when more and more people are acquiring DVD burners, and DVD authoring software is making them want to do 5.1 sound.

I am assuming that you will have a MUCH BETTER product in the wings...? Sheeyaah!!
