Hi I have just created my verse using some 38 tracks, now I can loop them with the loop playback feature. Is there anyway the selected loop in the loop playback feature be copied so it can be pasted later into a track? Or do I have to create that loop section all over again from scratch? |

Well, you could split the loops at the beginning/end of the verse, then select the complete verse, copy and paste it... but that's prone to leaving bits behind (or at least it is when I do it!). What would be nice (I think) is a 'group' feature like VideoFactory has - it'd be simpler to select a complete verse then... john.. namke communications |

OR another good trick witch you could use is to open your project highlight the area you want to keep click copy! then minimise acid click the acid short cut on your desk top! then paste into the newly opened acid! |

Try using either the Selection Tool and/or the Time Selection Tool. When using the Selection Tool, hold down your primary mouse button and click the secondary button to cycle through the three different ways of selecting—free, vertical and horizontal. Once the selection is made, copy using CTRL+C on your keyboard. Place the cursor where you want the copy to begin and use CTRL+V. HTH, Iacobus |
