Hi

I'm using acid 4 but even with just half a dozen loops it is crackly as hell especially if I change the volume. I have a brand new audio only system Hammerfall card using ASIO drivers, Athlon 2200+, 512meg ram, 7200rpm drivers, matrox g400 video card. Other appz like Samplitude and Wavelab are working fine.

the system is far from maxed out, changing card latency doesn't make any difference. Are their any buffer settings in Acid I can change?? Is strange because the rest of system seems fine just Acid not working. Any ideas??

hmmm...what kind of motherboard do you have?

ive heard stories about certain motherboards "freaking out" when it comes to audio.

its an Elite K7S5A - great little board and very widely used for pro audio, as I say no problems with any other appz - its as if acid is fighting something else for attention - can't see any hardware conflicts

yes,there is littles bug with display,plug-in, effect.
problem not meet with driver windows.it's normal it's first driver asio in acid...
