Subject:Quick fading edges option not functioning?

Hi all,

is it just me or do quick fade edges still appear in Acid 4 after you disabled them in the Preferences->Audio tab?

I got caught out by this one too....

Switch autofade on.
add a new loop/one shot/disk track
this track will have autofade on it.

switch autofade off.
add a new loop/one shot/disk track
this track will have autofade disabled.

Not quite how I would have expected it to work. And the thing that bugs me the most is that changing the auto fade time alters all the fades already in the project (if memory serves me correctly).
