Hello,

Is it possible to create Raw files (Format : CCITT µ-Law (G711) / Attributes :8 kHz, 8 bit, mono ) for using with cisco phone ?

Suggest you talk to the guys at http://www.nch.com.au/
They are experts at this sort of stuff, and very friendly.
A quick check of my SoundForge "Save As" options indicates you can save to the format and attribs you mentioned, however resampling would seem a necessity if your source tones don't fit the attribs. Hope this helps.

There is some 'how to' information in S.F. help under 'Dial Tone' Also read DTMF/MF TONES just a few items down fron 'Dial Tone'
