Subject:all frame is black on track view

hi,
i have a big problem with acid, and vegas too. when i put some avi video to track view, it dowsn't shows the frames, just a black screen. if i open this avi with windows media player, or any other videoplayer, i can see the frames correctly...
i reinstalled acid and vegas for many times, put their to an other computer but nothing was changed.
pls help me!

What video codec does the AVI file use? What video card are you using? What is the source of this AVI file? Please give some more info. It's posssible that you just don't have the proper video codec installed.
