Subject:Installation ended prematurely

Have a problem installing acid 4.0. Installation end’s prematurely saying my system has not been modified. My computer is brand new and I have all requirements needed for acid 4.0. Please help. What could this be?

Brand new computer, must have Windows XP, are you the administrator, if not you probably have the system set up so only the administrator can install new programs. Do you have antivirus,if so disable that as it sometimes wont allow you to install new programs it thinks it's a virus...Level Vibes

Are you installing from the ACID CD or from a downloaded version?
