(1) In Acid 4, how can I create a project that is compatible with previous Acid versions (at least with the free Acid Xpress 3 everybody can install) ?

(2) Is it possible to disable the (boring) message "Project file created with an older version of Acid" (In Preferences ? In <Internal> tab ?...)

(1) You can't that I know of.

(2) Probably not. You could get around it by saving the project under a new name (if you wanted to keep the original project).
