anybody know how to add treble to a music track using acid 3.0 or soundforge 5.0?

Well, if you have Acid 3.0 there's the DX plugins that came with it. There's a Track EQ, Parametric EQ, and others included. The same goes for SoundForge. If you don't have the DirectX plugins then you can't do it although SoundForge might have an internal EQ section of the software.

You can boost the treble freq's with EQ, or you might look at a plug in called the "high frequency stimulator" at http://www.rgcaudio.com/HFStim.htm
