Subject:registration hell Posted by: jameslee23 Date:11/20/2002 6:25:01 PM so i just purchased a boxed acid pro 4.0. i follow the instructions and it requests that i register. it tells me that there is a registration number in the front page of the manual. i enter it about seven hundred times . it continues to tell me that i have an invalid number. is this normal or am i a toy of god? james

More likely, there is a 2 in your number that you're reading as a Z or vice-versa. Also a 5 can be mistaken for an S very easliy. Make sure that there are two characters in the first group followed by three groups of six characters. Sometimes two Vs are too close together, which looks like a W. If you continue to have problems, please call 1-800-577-6642 and we will be able to figure it out. Ted
