Anyone know a quick way to make Acid 4 files backward compatible? |

No, sorry. Once you save an ACD file in ACID 4.0, it cannot, say, be opened in ACID Pro 3.0. (It's very important to make a backup of the original file. That way, not being able to open the only copy of the file won't become a problem.) You could render each track separately or just render the entire project to WAV and bring it in that way. Of course, it's not as flexible as being to work with the original ACD file, but if one is desperate enough, it'll work. HTH, Iacobus |

Forgot to mention that you can use the File>Export Loops command as well to export loops (preserving tempo and key changes). HTH, Iacobus |
