Subject:serial number not working now

I wiped my HD clean and installed XP. Now the serial which worked fine before isn't going through when Acid asks me to "Please Enter Your Serial Number". It tells me "The number that you have entered is invalid". I legitimately bought this software. There's one character that's a 0 or an O, so I tried both. Nothing is working. Anyone? Help?

Is it the serial number or activation code? The activation code is calculated based on your computer's ID (which might have changed when you wiped the drive).

If you've registered it, try downloading the demo and activating it with a newly generated code.

I found that my serial number stopped working after a clean install. All i do now is reinstall Acid as demo then click on register online and thats it. A new PC with problems so Ive done this at leats 3 times in the last few weeks.
