If you're in the U.S. and haven't yet, drop what you're doing and go make a difference. The party/candidate of your choice needs you!

Thanks,
Joel

Voted today in Tallahassee, in the rain, dragging my 20-year-old son along with me.

Yeah, that's pretty weak. I'm in Illinois and they were ecstatic about the voter turnout in Chicago being 53%.

I voted. (I hate my state but that's beside the point.)

Voting is compulsory in Australia - if you don't vote you get fined. I don't know that it really helps.

They would never do that here. It would bias the election too much in favor of the Democrats. Republicans would fight it like crazy.

By the way, I always vote Democrat because I feel that's what's better for the country, but I'm always glad to see Republicans win because that's what's better for me personally;)

Why vote in a world of corruption? This is only to trick the public into thinking you were actually involved. When they created the electoral college us humans lost are right to vote.

There should be no such thing as the "popular" vote. There should just be a vote.

And with all these canidates all having commercials that show how much dirt exists on them... I see why people dont vote.

Just my 2 cents. The day I can vote and no one can disregard it....then I may consider.
