2 Quick encoding Questions...

I am going to use the panasonic ag dvx 100 in 24p advance mode to capture my video.

Then I am going to use dv filmaker to strip the extra frames creating quick time 24p files.

After I edit my movie in vegas I want to score the completed video's sound track in acid 4.0b...with surround sound ac3.

Does Acid support 24 frames video sync (quick time or mpeg?) and if it does will the Ac3 encoder work with the frame rate...or will it change the length thus altering the alignment?

Of course after I have my 24p quick time and my Ac3 encoded 24p sound from acid I must realign them in a 3rd party dvd authoring application to burn to DVD.

So my second question is once I have my ac3 in acid and my 24p quick time in vegas...how do I bring these two together for the film house to get printed to the film "roll" that the movie theater uses?....do I still burn to dvd and let them transfer that way or I bring in the video and sound seperate and they burn or align it with there equiptment?.....anyone done this before?

Thanks...ASTRAL
