Im on a mission to find the best

a any compnaies considered the loop leaders?


Also, some loop freebies have annoying long names to hype the company.

Is there a utility that could change a whole folder of wave names from

For renaming, try a shareware program called NameWiz. I used it once before and it was quick and simple. You can append/trim, search and replace, add incremented numbers, etc.
