Subject:MY acid 4.0 crashes when I try to use beatmapper. why?

I imported an accapella song from an artists and when I tried to use bearmapper, it says that an error occured and when I click o.k.,it closes me out the screen. Can anyone help?!!! thanks!

NO, IS THERE ONE? I JUST BOUGHT THE 4.0 ACID AND INSTALED IT, THAT'S ALL. WHERE COULD I GET THE UPDATE?
