This crash is conistent on my system: When stoping the recording of live tracks, if I hit play before the added file is finished generating peaks, the program demolishes Windows 2K and must be "task managered" away. Here are specs: Pentium 2 450 - 354 MB RAM Windows 2000 - 24 bit M Audio Delta Cheers. |

Are you using ASIO or Classic Wave drivers? Do you have the latest beta drivers from M-Audio? How long of a recording are you doing? Mono or Stereo? Thanks, Joel |

I've got Classic Wave drivers, new M-Audio drivers, and the crash happens consistently with short and long stereo recordings. Here are some more inconsistencies: When I duplicate a soft synth track and change the volume slider of one of the tracks, it changes both (no, they are not select-linked). Also, if I duplicate a MIDI track and change the instrument of one of them in the list editor, only one of the two tracks will sound. ALSO, changing the list properties of a MIDI track will give me a cryptic warning about not being able to auto-save (as a precursor to crashing horribly). Hmmmm.... |
