I've just copied a bunch of old interviews from cassette tape to my hard drive. In some of the recordings the voices sound speeded-up like Donald Duck. Can I reduce the speed somehow with Studio 6 so the voices sound normal? Thanks. Ron |

Re-loading them from a cassette deck with a pitch (variable speed) control would probably give you the best results. Slowing down and changing the pitch in SF can give you an undisirable aural artifacts. |

I've heard a report that Studio 6.0d has had the Effects / Pitch / Bend added back to it again. You can use this to simulate the pitch control on a tape deck. I've had very good results with it. If you haven't upgraded to 6.0d yet then please do. |
