Freezing When In Record Window -ACID Product Family

Subject:Freezing When In Record Window Posted by: SonicSounds Date:10/23/2002 11:16:04 PM I recently switched to an M-Audio Audiophile 2496 card and whenever I go to press record, Acid crashes 90% of the time. It's always when I'm in the record dialogue window. If I go to change my record settings it crashes too. I have the most recent drivers for my card. P3 733 128 MB RAM Windows 98 SE Intel motherboard

You'd need to check the "show beta drivers" box in order to get them. Having 128MB of RAM shouldn't be the issue. Also, are you using ASIO or Classic Wave drivers? Joel
