Subject:Problem with Sound Forge 5....

when i have Acid Pro 4 opened and i right click on a file and click on EDIT IN SOUND FORGE, when SF is open, it wont play because Acid Pro is using the drivers for my soundcard.

i didnt have a problem with this on Acid Pro 3....so what gives?

I can use ACID Pro 4.0 (using ASIO drivers) and Sound Forge 6 with no problems. The same used to apply when I using Sound Forge 5. What soundcard is it?

Make sure that the checkbox is checked for "Close audio and MIDI ports when ACID is not the active application". You'll see listed in Options | Preferences | General.
