I currently run Acid Pro 3.0 on my desktop but I'm purchasing a new computer for performance reasons and I've decided on a laptop because I'm away from home a great deal. I'm wondering if the smaller chip architecture and other smaller components might have an effect on how well it runs. I've already been told that many games that run on a desktop, won't run well on a laptop for this specific reason, so I thought I better ask first. I'll be purchasing a P4, 2.4 Ghz, 512Mb Ram, DVD/CDrw, 30 Gig 7200 Rpm, 15 inch screen. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
