in acid u can set a temp change with a fix value.. thats a very nice feature, but can i also add a raising tempo? so for example that the tempo goes from 100bpm to 140??

Just add mutiple tempo changes throughout the region you want to speed up or slow down.

well i had this idea.. but thats a lot of work... isn't there a function for that? ;-p

ACID does not have tempo envelopes. You will have to ramp the tempos manually by adding tempo change markers along the time line.
