Subject:emagic mt4 switches mode on playback

hello,
when I play midi tracks in Acid4.0a, my mt4 jumps to the normal USB mode. when I stop the playback, it returns to patch mode. the patch mode is there so that the midi interface can be used without any activated midi sequencers. I should not switch mode like that! are there any other midi interfaces behaving that way with AcidPro4.0a ?
