confused? me too. here's what i want to do. there is one track in acid im working on where all the background elements are playing and i move it on the timeline marker (the current position in the track) and when the loop i've grabbed hits the timeline that part of the loop intersecting with the line plays as well.. now i'd like to record this as kind of a freestyle, almost "scratching" kind of way.. how would i do this? has anyone done it without hardware just like looping back into acid from acid? it MUST be possible! i used to have this problem trying to do it with tape decks in the old days before acid :) any help or direction i could venture on my own would be appreciated .. and (SORRY IN ADVANCE) come check out my stuff created with Sonic Foundry's Acid 4.0 Pro @ http://beta4.acidplanet.com/artist.asp?songs=78896&T=9765 |

or how about a feature like in rebirth that records all of your movements? is this possible? that would break acid into a more "live" kind of element .. making it more of an instrument, which would be pretty insane i think.. anyways just another idea. . thx...sR |

If you are using a bussable mixer you could maybe bus it out and record it in a soundforge like app.. |
