Sounds like you need some transitions. Well, you can put some silence between the tracks to designate the starts and stops or become a producer. You're asking for ideas at this point and it's rather hard for people to deliver ideas across the Internet when they've never heard what you're working on in the first place. The sky is the limit with Acid. Get some ideas from previous works and make them happen. Sorry I can't be of more help.

what do you mean by mixed? do they just sound proper or have you only compiled the material?

but all it sounds like.. is one song into the next

if you aligned them into a continuous sound track without breaks, then you must know how to draw/paint events. just insert measures or move the events so they'll have space between them

i need to know how to use the effects to make it sounds like cheer routine music

i'm not sure what cheer routine music is. i can only imagine it to be constructed like any other show dat (digital audio tape) or workout cd.

beats, repetition of words, sound effects etc..

1. since you can draw/paint parts, draw a beat using the loops that came with acid or find some to download.
2. if you've got the material, draw/paint little pieces of it into acid over and over for that repeat effect.
3. click the funny looking tiny box on the track title bar to access the effects settings....play on from there
