Subject:Pitch Shift/Preserve Duration Missing

According to the help files I should have an effect called Pitch Shift with a Preserve Duration option... only Pitch Bend appears in my 4.5e Effects menu. Can anyone help?

I can't remember, but isn't there a difference between the full version of Sound Forge and XP?

Yes, there is a difference between the full version and XP (or Studio in the case of version 6). The XP/Studio versions of Forge do not support DirectX plug-ins (only a few Sonic Foundry ones- the ExpressFX). Pitch Shift is one of our XFX plug-ins and available for use with the full version of Forge.

according to the specs for SF 6 XP Studio at http://www.sonicfoundry.com/Products/NewShowProduct.asp?PID=718&FeatureID=6153 among Effects is Pitch Bend/Shift, but I don't see it in any of the 13 licenses we just bought :-( Any ideas?

The Pitch Bend effect has returned to Sound Forge 6.0 Studio. Just download the latest update (6.0d) from the website.
