I click on a track and hear it fine, but after clicking on on more then 3 tracks, nothing happens no playback on the previewer in the explorer?
Is anyone experiencing this?
Thanks

Actually when I got to preferences and changes the audio device type from my sound card to microsoft sound mapper, previewing of wav's is fine, ,but when I use my M audio Delta ASIO card it only plays back 2 wav files then it won't playback anything else in the preview. Is there anything I can do? does this affect my quality of recording?

I have a Delta card too using ASIO. (An Audiophile 2496.) Previewing is fine for me. Can preview to my heart's content.

What if you try WDM instead of ASIO? Also, if you're using either Windows 2000 or Windows XP as your OS, have you tried M-Audio's beta drivers?

Basically, it shouldn't interfere with your quality of recording, but it does dampen your ability to check out files before adding them to a project.

No. This was addressed in an earlier topic. The problem should clear up if you download Midimans Acidfix driver. You have to do a search using "show previous and beta". It's near the bottom. Worked for me. I assume you have XP.

Delta_WDM_ACID40Fix_BETA.EXE

Isn't Midiman cool with drivers?
