I can't believe what they've done to it...You can even use it in acid with the DX automation!!!!!!!!! I'll be updating as soon as they email me the link...Later.

They have done a lot of good things under the hood. and sweeten up the GUI a little

You'll have a lot of fun with this one.

Yeah,
I immediately ordered my upgrade as soon as
I got the official notice from iZotope. The $49.00
dollar fee is very reasonable, considering all of the
improvements and enhancements that have been made.
I like the new integrated preset management system,
which includes 60 presets, most of which where not
in Ozone 1. Now you can follow the playback position and
automation curves in the host app while still working with Ozone.
Just set Ozone 2 to be partially transparent with the new opacity
slider. Work on Ozone and see through it to your mix. A snapshot
of this transparency feature on their website has Ozone 2 with the
transparency set to 80%, so you can see through it to the automation
curves on an Acid 4 track that are controlling it. Pretty cool!

I got an email for first time buyer (I've used their little vinyl plugin a few times). How about a review (maybe in the plugin forum) for those who haven't used it.

I'm sure it's a kickass prod, judging also from the sonar newsies, but for me, like autotune, it's a little out of my newbie reach @$200 per, know what I mean Vern..? in spite of recent expenditures, etc...Vintage warmer as well...and so are the soundcards I wanna look at, as well as a CPU upgrade to an AMD 2G...I think I'll stick with free updates for awhile...anyone else..?

Seems like a good program, but as was stated, I can't really go paying for upgrades every time a new version comes out. I'll save money by sticking to what I have, and wait for an even newer version.
