i got my acid 3.0 from my brother and now when i try downloading it it says it need a serial number.....my brother don't have it and i don't think he ever register what should i do???????????????????

If he never registered it, then he could never have used it. Registration is mandatory to unlock ACID 4.

Does he have a reciept for his purchase? If he bought it on line, then there will be records to confirm this. If so, contact our sales/tech support and they may be able to help you.

just use the default passcode: 18005776642

it works for all sofo software
