Subject:Turning "DC Adjust" on screws up the recording.

I am recording in through a 16 bit S/PDIF input at 44.1Khz sampling rate and capturing it as a 24 bit file. When I switch on the DC Adjust feature, a very audible 22 Hz square wave gets added to the audio signal. It sounds like a clicking sound all the way through the recording. This problem never occurs when DC Adjust is off while recording.

Has anyone else tried this while recording through a digital input?

I tried to repro this for you. I don't get the 22 Hz square wave that you're talking about, but I did notice that I get a very low level of what seems to be white noise. I recorded it by putting my CD player in pause, and then started to play the CD after I started recording. I then normalized it to be able to hear it. This only happened when I selected to record as 24 bit with the DC adjust enabled. It didn't happen when I selected to record at 16 bit and it didn't happen in 24 bit with DC adjust unchecked.
