Subject:merging multiple file at one go

Hai every body
I am imran, I have Bunch files in *.par format which opens in sound Forge 4.5
but I am not able to merge them together. I tride copy & past using sound Forge but that takes too much time.So i am looking for some package or plug-in. can i merge them together gust bay clicking fewe mouse button.

if any body knose how to do that using sound forge or any other pakage let me know.
