I installed Acid Pro 4 a few days ago, and the first thing that happed was that the timing chain broke on my car. Even after doing a clean install of a new head gasket, I still get pops and clicks in the engine sound. Next, the phone company cut off my service; I feel down the basement stairs; and I started getting calls from the IRS. Right after that, my girlfriend ran off with the guy next door, who uses Sonar for his loop projects. Even after installing the 4.0a update, she still won’t return my calls. I think we all have to ask ourselves, how could Sonic Foundry release a product like this? I’ve used acid since the 70’s, and have come to expect more… This is really a bummer, man. |

Maybe your girlfreind left with the guy next door because he had a bigger hard-drive than yours. :) M |

Wcreed: you need first to check your arms - do you see any track marks ? If so you're in trouble. But I can help! Go into the garden and adjust your tuning pots. Then set some mouse-traps in the kitchen, and adjust your shower screen to reduce eye-strain. Put on some heavy work shoes and reboot your computer. AcidPro 4.0a should now run fine. If you still have problem you may need to do a special hardware defrag. Look here for a guide: http://www.datadocktorn.nu/us_frag1.php |
