Subject:clicks

I have some files with regions. When I extract the regions on the machine the regions were made on(WinXP), they play fine. When I move the files to a Win2k machine with matrox DTV video editing hardware, the files have slight clicks at the end and the edit points seem a little too tight..probably the cause of the clicks. Yet, wehen I pull teh clips into my video editing software, they play fine.
any ideas? Editing Preferences in both instances of SF6 are teh install defaults
