Subject:Light hand drumming loop?

I'm looking for loops that sound like someone drumming on their thigh, a cigar box, a chair, guitar, a tapping foot -- thing's like that. This will be accompaniment for steel string fingerstyle acoustic guitar. Somewhat Appalachian style, if you know what I mean. I guess I could make them, but if they already exist...

Thanks,
Mark

You might find what you're lookin for on some of the more ethnic percussion loop collections. Ethnicity, Dragon Dance, and Robert Rich's loops come to mind and New World Order (not a SoFo product) has some great stuff. However, if you're looking for something that "fits" exactly, then creating your own is the way to go. I've created some "canine grooves" from playing some patterns on the belly and back of my 2 large dogs then editing in Sound Forge. I had a good time, I've got something completely original, and the dogs loved it! ;-)
