Subject:Dropouts in some files

Some songs I load...their is a dropout or burp in the music about every 2 sec. It is not cpu related and can be a file with as little a 8 tracks, while other files with as much as 33 tracks play fine.

Also, my screen res is 1600x1200...and I can not view all the options when I open the window. I can also not resize it.

Hey, come on...somebody must have an idea?
