Hi everyone there,
I'm a beginner in the sound editing field....Any one knows is Dolby NR is available in Sound Forge 6.0 ? I can't find it in this program.
I can only use similar features like Noise Gate and Amplitude Modulation, but the results aren't satisfactory .....

Dolby NR is a process that encodes the sound when recorded and decodes it upon playback. It's not a post-effect, that is it's not something you would do to a sound sample after it's already been recorded. The purpose of Dolby NR is to overcome tape hiss and this requires pre-processing before the signal is recorded to tape. It's not really something that applies in the digital world, and definately not as a post-process only.
