Subject:I CANT GET INTO ACID PLANET

I was logged in, everything was going well, then my friend came over and wanted to log in, using his name so he can check on his account, and since then I havent been able to get back onto acidplanet. I can go to the main page, but whenever I try to go to any page that requires being logged in, it wont even go there. Here is the page I get.

This is going crazy, as I am trying to load some music up there. I cant even get into the feedback area to get some information. I dont know what to do, can anyone help me. Let me know what I have to do.

I have been trying to get on since earlier today, this is crazy, its never done this before. I cant get on from my ISP, or IE, help.

I'm misunderstanding... You can't get on only through your ISP? As in if you go through someone else's ISP on your computer it does work?

See what happened, I was using my ISP on my own computer. I was on the acidplanet.com site and was logged on, and I wanted to log off that site so i could sign in as a different name for my friend. I was still logged on to my ISP on my computer, but as soon as I pressed the log off link on the acidplanet site, it gave me this error message. Every since then, I have been trying to log back on, using my own name, but It wont even let me get to the screen that will let me do that, I just get that wierd erros message that I posted before. If you could get intouch with someone at the acidplanet.com site that would be helpful, as I cant even get into the feedback area to email them. I really want to log onto that site, but they wont let me, this is crazy.

When you logged off, is that all you did? Also, have you since restarted your computer? I'll check your answer in the morning, because I need to sleep.

well since then i have restarted my computer, tried to use a different name on the same ISP and everything, it just wont let me get in no matter what I do.

neither can i and i've been trying to upload my kenny garrett remix from several locations since friday...it has nothing to do with isp

Email Dave (dhollinden@sonicfoundry.com) or post to the AP Suggestions & Complaints or use Feedback to alert Dave about your problem. (I'd use feedback since the subject line will make it crystal clear what the problem is)
With Kenny Garret ending today you absolutely want Dave to look at the your upload ASAP.

As to other AP problems. It looks as if there was a problem with the site starting around 5:00 yesterday afternoon but it seems to be okay now.

The problem is fixed. There was a bug that only affected you if you were not logged in, so that's why everything was fine for you until you logged out.

BTW, Suzan alerted me to this thread. It's much more effective if you send in a Feedback notice from ACIDplanet, post a message in the Suggestions and Complaints area of the ACIDplanet Community section, or e-mail me directly. I realize in this case that you couldn't get to ACIDplanet and that cut down on your options, but I'm just putting out a reminder for anyone else that might read this.
