Subject:Generate MIDI Clock - MUST STAY ON

As I have posted elsewhere on this forum (in detail), there needs to be a way to leave the MIDI Clock Out running AT ALL TIMES, not just when ACID is playing.

Cakewalk/Sonar allows this.
Vegas Pro allows this.

ACID 4.0a really, really, really should allow this.
