Surround Sound for Large Auditorium -ACID Product Family

I do video production work and am upgrading to Acid 4. Heres my question, some of my presentations are in large auditoriums using power point projectors. I run my audio through the mixer stage speakers. I want to use Acid 4 to produce the dolby surround sound for my next production. When I show the video I want to take advantage of the surround mix when shown. ANy thoughts on how to set this up through the mixer ? Or am I limited based on the Dolby system I am using to play the video/audio...Which I haven't purchased yet.
