Acid 4 + LM4/LM4mkII? Anyone using successfuly? -ACID Product Family

After selecting it to edit/change drum kits I only get XXX's for the instrument names. I also have Cubasis 3 and I don't have any problems using the LM-4 v1.1. Trying to use the Model-E synth is also difficult. When I try to change programs/instruments inside of ACID 4 in increments of one it jumps in random multiples and it makes it hard to select what you want. Also using the Model-E synth inside of Cubasis there are no problems. SF needs to fix some of these problems quick.
