Hi, I am new to this program. Is there anyway or place which explain what each plugin does that come with the program. Thanks

The "Help" file explains what each one does. You can look up the individual plug-ins by name in the Help file index, or you can look up a whole menu (Process, Effects, DX Favorites).

Thats one of the things I really like about Soundforge, they took the time to do a great Help file. Not many companies do that, or do it well.
