Subject:3.0 crashes when I try to open in XP.

When I try to open Acid 3.0 in Windows XP, my whole system crashes. I can open Sound Forge 5.0 without a problem. I have just purchased a copy of Acid 4.0 Upgrade that, according to discription, can work on WIndows XP. Do I have to have Acid 3.0 installed on the computer to install the Acid 4.0 Upgrade or can I simply provide the 3.0 serial number at 4.0 installation.

The problem was with the updated drivers for my video card. I simply reinstalled the original drivers that came with the video card on cd-rom and all is well.
