Hi For some reason, acid crashes now when I go to render a file. This started after I did the upgrade to the newest version of Vegas. I click render, it goes through it, but as soon as it hits 100% it crashes. The rendered file is fine, but I have to keep closing and reopening the program after each crash. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, even removing anything acid out of the registry. Any ideas? Bob |

There could many causes for what you're experiencing. You may want to consult this article and this article for more info. Don't also rule out contacting SoFo. Remember to be specific, including what's installed and running in the background. HTH, Iacobus |

Have you tried installing the latest update of ACID after installing the latest update of Vegas? I expect that will correct the trouble you are having. |

Well, I gave up on it, and just ordered the acid 4.0 upgrade. I was planning on it as soon as i could allocate the extra 100 bux, and it happened so I did. Once again, I'd like to thank you guy's for replying to me. Even though I didnt get a chance to use your suggestions, they may come in handy in the future, and as always it's nice to know that someone is out there to turn to when you have these problems.
