Add point? You mean like on an envelope? Believe there isn't one, other than double-clicking on the envelope with the mouse. Or do you mean something else?

The quickest way is to hold down shift and click on the Vector envelope - a new point will be added. If you hold donw the left button when you add the point you can drag it to the desired value straight away (ie hold shift down, left click +drag new point then release mouse button).

You can just keep shift held down and add points to you hearts content.
